RMR Star terms

Your plan

You pick a plan when you sign up. Your price is locked as long as your plan stays active.

• Monthly: charged every month. Cancel anytime.
• 3, 6 or 12 months, paid in full: charged once for the whole term.
• 3, 6 or 12 months, paid monthly: charged every month, and you agree to pay for the whole term. You can ask to cancel at any time: your monthly payments continue until the term finishes, then the plan ends and doesn't renew.

Renewal

Every plan renews automatically at the same price and for the same length until you cancel. A plan paid monthly starts a new term of the same length each time it renews. We email you 7 days before a plan paid in full renews.

Cancelling and refunds

• No refunds on plans paid in full.
• No partial credit. When you cancel, service runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• If a payment fails, your review sticker keeps working for 7 days. To keep it working, pay the missed payment using the link in the email from Square. You can also put a new card on your plan for later payments from your billing page.
• If your plan ends and you come back later, the prices at that time apply.

Stands and vinyl stickers

Stands are a one-time purchase, and stands are yours to keep, even if you cancel. Your first vinyl sticker is included with every plan. Utah sales tax is added to stands and vinyl stickers.

Your card

Your card is handled by Square. We never see or store your card number. By agreeing, you allow us to charge your card for today's total and for your plan's later payments until you cancel.
